DECEMBER 11, 1997 Some girls liked Ponch. Others thought Jon was hot. I was a Sarge woman. Didntcha watch Chips? When I was little, about eight years old, I watched it religiously every Saturday night just to see Sarge. He had the little patches of gray around the temples and those crow's feet...there's nothing like an older man. Ponch was handsome, but so arrogant, like he knew all the girls wanted him. He was probably right, but Sarge was just such a no-BS manly man. I was in a funky mood last night. Ryan wrote an entry that put into perspective his whole take on things and it made me sad. I just honestly want him to be happy and any little thing that takes that away from him upsets me, too. I don't want him to have any regrets in his life, least of all any that I've brought on.
