Zackie has a new lovey. Most kids get attached to stuffed animals or blankets. My neighbor's daughter has a set of cloth diapers (not used for the obvious purpose, of course), one for each day, and she has to have one to snuggle with before she'll sleep or calm down after she's had a bad day. My son is in love with a toothbrush. His sister's Powerpuff Girls toothbrush. on the tube: Aqua Teen Hunger Force Katie never even freaked out so much over any kind of object. She gets kind of peeved when something goes missing, but if Zac has that toothbrush and it gets taken from him, watch out. He shrieks higher and louder than I could ever imagine a boy shrieking. recently in the tummy: an entire pint of Haagen-Dazs Creme Brulee. Evil, evil, evil. I had to do a hundred situps after. So we bought a tiny toothbrush designed for babies, and he kind of likes that, but not nearly as much as he loves Bubbles, Blossom, and Buttercup. He makes me so gaga, though, even when he is shrieking over health and beauty aids. He is so gorgeous. He is fiercely independent, cruising along the futon or the edge of our bed. He's very serious; he puts on a serious game face when he's cruising or attempting to get into something forbidden. Katie is always perky and happy and sweet; Zac might turn out to be a little like Al Gore. But opposites are good. Opposites are interesting. in the ear: "#1 Crush" by Garbage | ||||||
Comments Gotta try Haagen Daz "Rum Raisin" yum-yummmm! Found that flavor by accident with a random grab into the back of the freezer case. Posted by: :o) at March 19, 2003 12:23 PM Zackie? Zackie?! Posted by: Ryan at April 1, 2003 04:53 PM Oh, come on, honey. You call him Zackie, too. =) Posted by: Jen at April 1, 2003 05:03 PM Yeah, but I don't spell it that way. (Heck, I just say it - I don't spell it any way at all.) Besides. I prefer "The Zac Attack." Posted by: Ryan at April 4, 2003 08:25 AM Post a Comment |
